BREAKING NEWS | South Sudan's President Salva Kiir Mayardit issued a republican decree on Thursday night dismissing the governor of the country's troubled Upper Nile state, Gen. Abudhok Anyang, in response to a request from his first deputy, Dr. Riek Machar Teny.
In other news, president Kirr named James Okuich Oyai as the new Governor of Upper Nile State.
