CITY COUNCIL AUTHORITIES WARNED VENDORS TO STOP SELLING ALONG GUDELE MAIN ROAD.


SATURDAY 08 OCTOBER 2022.

Under fulfillment of the Local order No. 14/ 2022 that’s issued to restrict and ban sale of Fruits, live chicken, petrol, Diesel and other fuel products, Textiles by hawkers/vendors and any other unauthorized business activity along principal or main roads within Juba City Council jurisdiction, the Authorities of Juba City Council headed by H.W the Mayor together with his deputy for Administration and Finance accompanied by number of police officers toured Gudele main road from seventh days roundabout to Lou junction to re- organize.


Speaking to the Media after. The touring H.W Fredericko Nyokun Wani the deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance said City Council Authorities working to ensure that the City become well organized, and he urged the citizens to support and respect the Laws in order to help the Authorities to provide a convenient environment in Juba City.



Meanwhile the Director of police in Juba City Council General Goarge Laku said the Authority is not seeking to beat the vendors out but to organize the City and he calls the citizens to support the Authorities through media houses, phone calls or report direct to the office.
